The Office

Create and Conquer is happy to provide a private office space in the St. James Area of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

There will be tea, drinks, snacks and blankets available, as well as a multitude of different art supplies. however you are also welcome to bring anything with you that would make you more comfortable.

Investment

1:1 therapy is a safe, non-judgmental space to feel heard, supported, and challenged. It's a place where you build tools to help create sustainable habits and patterns as you work toward your own individual goals. It is a confidential space to share your story and process overwhelming thoughts and emotions.

$135 + tax/session*

*It is important that therapy is accessible to those who cannot afford it. We offer a sliding scale for those who need it. Please reach out to discuss how we can make sessions accessible for you.

Ready to give it a try

• A laptop, tablet, or other device with a camera

• A stable internet connection

• A private, comfortable space

• Basic art materials: paper, markers, crayons, pencil crayons, or whatever you like to create with. If you don't have art supplies on hand, a pen and paper works just fine.

Online Therapy

Commuting isn't always accessible, and being in your own space can feel a lot more comfortable than a therapy office. Online therapy sessions offer that flexibility, while still providing the same depth of support.

What you'll need

Virtual art and expressive arts therapy sessions can be just as effective as in-person ones. For many people, they're even more accessible, whether that's because of distance, mobility, scheduling, or simply feeling more at ease in a familiar space.
