If you're new to our practice, we invite you to book a complimentary 15-minute discovery call or consultation. It's a relaxed space to ask questions about art therapy (especially if art therapy is new to you), learn more about how a creative, body-based process might be supportive, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
If none of the available times work for your schedule, just email us, and we'll find a time that works.
Once you book, you'll be prompted to create an account and password. From there, you'll have access to our secure online portal where you can easily view and manage your bookings from home.

Create and Conquer is located in Winnipeg, on Treaty 1 territory. The traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and the homeland of the Red River Métis.
